General Investment Parameters
- Puerto Rico based, early stage companies with at least a working prototype and preferably a track record of revenues can apply for investment opportunities. See full list of criteria here.
- Investment opportunities in 3-4 companies each year - one presenting at each quarterly meeting.
- Network does not commit to a minimum or maximum investment in any company
- Each member makes his/her own investment decision and invests through his/her own vehicle alone or alongside other members, based on a subscription agreement provided at the meetings by Aurora.
- Applications may be completed and submitted to admin@auroraangelnetwork.com.
- Companies will be advised if they are selected for quarterly screening review.
- Due diligence is performed by a small group of Aurora members, chosen based on availability and relevant experience
